This 43,000 sf, Design/Build Contract elementary charter school classroom annex was constructed for Albuquerque School of Excellence in the front parking lot of the existing 65,000 sf campus that Heritage Charter sold to the school in 2017

This project has required public road construction, platting, and other extensive redesign of the existing site. Construction was completed in 212 days, time for the anticipated school opening date. There were no COVID, health, financial, or time completion issues experienced by our team.
