Harmony School of Excellence

This 44,000 sf elementary campus was a Design/Build Contract and was Heritage Charter’s first project for Harmony. Heritage owned the land site and provided it to the school for $1.00 psf, then completed rezoning, platting, project design, and general construction services.

There were 10 local general contractors initially working on the bid, but because the ground up school had to be constructed and open in 147 days, only Heritage submitted a bid and we completed the school in time to open on time.
