Harmony School of Innovation

This 58,000 sf elementary campus was a Design/Build Contract that was a new highly efficient school prototype that Heritage designed for Harmony and is now being used throughout Texas.

This project was completed in less than 7 months due to extensive permitting delays and required a 450 l.f. public street to be constructed through the school property and a separate queuing parking lot, all of which was completed during the fast track construction period.
